    This is an exceptional Dunkin. We order from them frequently and the service is always fast and friendly. Whether we use the drive thru or walk in, they are always pleasant and efficient.

    Second time here at 6 am.. HORRIBLE.. They are slow.. Stay away .. First their service at the drive thru was long. When we got to the window to pay the guy was so tired and unprofessional.. Second time coming at 6 am the drive thru was packed on a Sunday cause they're so bad we decided to go in .. Bad move .. That was a long wait but we were the only customer in the place!

    Let me start by saying if you are going to be in the retail service industry in the united states, let alone South Florida it is a bonus to be bilingual. It is also highly affective as an owner/operator of a retail service location to hire employees who fluently speak the native language, thus alleviating the issue of arguing with an english speaking customer and telling them they ordered wrong. I ordered a coffee colada, and a double espresso (not to be confused with, I would like the double espresso in my colada). I made this very clear when ordering, and emphasized I wanted the espresso "on the side". However, i can see where someone could make an error, and we are all human. Therefore, when I got to the window and she handed me the colada and said have a nice day; I politely said, I think you forgot my espresso. To which the employee hastily replies: NO, it is in your colada like you ordered. Then proceeds to argue with me that I was wrong and didn't order correctly. After what seemed like an eternity of going back and forth she gasped just give me the drink and I will fix it. Another tip: In the retail service industry, the customer is ALWAYS right, don't argue just smile and fix it. As a business owner, you want me to RETURN to your business which generates revenue, not write this review and cease to come to your facility.

    So OK, you may think nothing but another rubber stamp Duncan Doughnuts, but in actuality they are not all the same. Though this one, like all the others, does have its share of donut gobbling policemen, it's clean, neat, well organized and with a pleasant and polite wait staff.

    It seems like Lyle and I had the same experience. I feel your pain Lyle . I want to start off my saying this is not the first time this has happened . I go to DD everyday. Usually I don't go to this location in the morning but today I was feeling lazy and instead of going to my normal LBTS location I decided to drive a little further to one with a drive through. Pathetic but true. Anyway...I have one of those confusing perks cards and was excited to redeem my free medium miami heat coffee (it's the little things in life ). I ordered and when I got to the drive through window I showed the woman my card and said "hi I think I get this free" . She smiled , shook her head and took my card. Seconds later she hands me my coffee and receipt. I look at it and she had charged me . Calmly I say "excuse me , I'm sorry, but I think you charged me for the coffee and I was supposed to get it free" . She stared at me for a second and replies "three?" "No free" "oh ok three?" "No no FREE" "I get three" "no free with an F freeeee" "you need three" .....fast forward 2 minutes ...somehow this ended in the manager screaming at me telling me I was wrong. I just drove off. The morning manager at this location has yelled at me twice now. This time and another time when my coffee was made wrong and she didn't believe me. I will never go back here. I teach little kids for god sakes but this lady is too much for even my patience. Sorry for any spelling or grammatical errors . I'm so mad!

    Great coffee, yummy iced lattes. The plain & mocha are my faves, with a little "extra sugar" for good measure. I like their blueberry muffins and the egg & cheese english muffins are good too. I usually drive thru & service is both fast and friendly. Flatbread sandwiches are tasty but hardly a meal - the turkey & cheese is good, however, the bacon is soggy& fatty - avoid at all cost! Recently tried a cheese bagel twist & while it was tastey, it should have been toasted. The sweet tea is ssoooo good!!!! Because coffee is their specialty & the service is both fast & friendly, I give my local Dunkin location 4 stars ... it's their delicious coffee that keeps me coming back week after week!

    This is one of the most BUSIEST and CRAZIEST DD place in Fort Lauderdale. There are 3 reasons why I love this place: 1. Friendly employees, 2. Place is super clean and neat, and 3. Efficient service. Except, there is one snobby and cocky employee Anita who is probably the WORST employee that just makes the atmosphere dreadful. Otherwise, I had never had problems here people are just to sweet and willing to make sure you got your orders right on the bat. Another thing too, if you do that survey online and you love a free donut? Then why not do that, it doesn't take more than 15 minutes to do.

    So I have been coming to this location EVERY DAY for 3 months now. It seems to be the ONLY place that makes my coffee the same exact way every time. It wasn't until just recently I've been having problems with the crew members. Started with the one woman who was behind me while I was in the drive through waiting... she pulled up behind me beeping, throwing her hands up & cursing at me. I was right up on the guy in front of me, there was no where else i could possibly go. She wouldn't stop until she eventually got around me. She then parked in her spot and walked past my car to go into work (happened to be at this dunkin donuts) while giving me a nasty look. I let it go because I'm not one to really feed into that type of stuff. Then couple days ago my girlfriend and I were at the window paying for our order.. my girlfriend told the woman, you can keep the change and asked her for something. The woman gave her a nasty attitude and stormed away from the window. Then the same woman who cursed at me two weeks prior came to the window and basically threw the coffee's at my girlfriend. The disrespect is insane at this place. If you don't like your job simply find another one or at least pretend like you like it. It isn't fair for us customers, loyal customers at that, to have to deal with an attitude from a crew member. It's definitely that time to find another DD to spend my money at!!

    Love Dunkin Donuts! Every time I place or pay for my order here, I feel like I'm away in some exotic faraway land like India or Pakistan. This DD is particularly busy and a favorite stop to many, especially during the morning commute hours. Despite the volumes here you do get your order fast, fresh and hot. A long line here moves faster than a short line elsewhere, so if you see one don't freak, just join the crowd. Your senses will thank you by the second gulp or first bite. For those of you who didn't know, DD went public in 2011 so you can now put your money where your mouth is.     i've been coming to this dd for the past 2 months. each time i've come in the same server makes my medium jamocha almond fudge iced coffee. when i purchase the #4 w/hashbrowns and the iced coffee i have to say twice "i would like whipped cream". looking at the receipt $.20 was chargd for whipped cream. the young lady who clocks in around 7:15am makes the drink mumbles that its ready and walks off. i call for her or anyone and say that i asked for whipped cream. she snatches it off the counter like i asked for her ssn and puts whipped cream, sets it down and walks off. each time more attitude. then i ask for a cupholder wheich she for some reason can never find even though i'm lookng right at behind her. she goes to grab a 4 spot cupholder (even though she clearly sees me holding 1 single solitary drink) when i say "nio honey the one behind you" you'd swear i cussed her out???? its not my fault you have to wake up early to peddle coffee and donuts nor is it my fault that this may be your one and only job til you're old and gray!! customer service is really dead
